Alliance Brokerage Corp. and Alliance Benefit Programs, Inc. may receive certain payments or allowances from some insurers in addition to its regular brokerage commissions based on factors unrelated to any specific client or insurance policy.

These “contingent commission” or “profit sharing” agreements provide for payments based on the insurer’s overall claim experience on policies placed by Alliance, and/or the volume of premiums on policies placed by Alliance with the insurer. Such arrangements do not affect the premiums charged, and play no role on Alliance’s carrier selection process.
